This season we are competing in the very competitive Uhlsport Hellenic league, Division 2 North. This is a step up from North Bucks Intermediate Division and was a key move to ensure the players develop in readiness for first team football.

This position within our club is part of long term plan to provide a pathway from our U18s through to the 1st team.

This role is pivotal to assisting the 1st Team and the clubs ambition to gain promotion to a higher level of football. The 1st team are competing at the top end of the Spartan South Midlands Division 2, and hoping to get promoted at the end of this season.

In addition our U18s play on a Thursday evening in the Southern Counties Floodlight league, something of which we are very proud to introduce this season

The set up is in place to ensure with the right people there is a steady flow of players each season from U18 to Development to First Team.

The individual needs to be a great communicator and highly motivated to develop players with every player being shown the pathway to the 1st Team. You will be working closely with the U18 Manager and the 1st Team Manager in both midweek and weekend squads.
